A traditional mild yet savory spread from Croatia, every family has its own recipe – this is ours! Made from sweet red peppers, this flavorful and savory spread is delicious alone or as a condiment. Ajvar is prepared at harvest time each year in limited batches.
Every ingredient is inspected by hand for quality. We use whole eggplant, peppers, and garlic cloves!
Ingredients: Red pepper, eggplant, sunflower oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, sugar, hot peppers. Refrigerate after opening.
